While recovering from injuries sustained during a 1991 accident, G.J. Blom began composing music for the lyrics of Dutch poet Willem van Iependaal. Blom founded the Beau Hunks in 1992, & the group generated so much work for him (not to mention countless other Basta-related projects), that he wasn't able to finish 'Liedjes van Ordelijke Ellende' ("Songs of Arranged Misery") until 2005.
